- Entry inspection – record property condition at the beginning of the tenancy
- Monitor rent – collect rent then pay to owner
- Routine inspection – inspect in every three month with detailed reports
- Maintenance and repairs – arrange maintenance and repairs
- Review rent – maintain rent level equivalent to the market rent
- Final inspection – record property condition at the end of the tenancy
- Bond refund – fill in the bond refund form

Costs: our management fee is 8%+GST (8.5%+GST if the property is furnished) of rents collected and maintenance repairs we carry out on your behalf.
