  • Let the property  – online advertising
  • Selection suitable tenants – run background and credit checks
  • Sign tenancy agreement  –  advise on tenancy agreement terms
  • Bond lodgement – fill in the bond lodgement form and bond money goes to Tenancy Service
  • Entry inspection – record property condition at the beginning of the tenancy
  • Monitor rent  – collect rent then pay to owner
  • Routine inspection – inspect in every three month with detailed reports
  • Maintenance and repairs – arrange maintenance and repairs
  • Review rent – maintain rent level equivalent to the market rent
  • Final inspection – record property condition at the end of the tenancy
  • Bond refund – fill in the bond refund form
  • Tenancy tribunal –  we apply and present to tenancy mediation and hearing

Costs: our management fee is 8%+GST (8.5%+GST if the property is furnished) of rents collected and maintenance repairs we carry out on your behalf.
